Ingredients: |

lb of your favorite pasta, cooked and drained |

|
|
1
cup sliced mushrooms |
|
|
|
½ cup of onions, sliced or chopped fine |
|
|
|
1
cup of Xochilt Chipotle Salsa, mild |
|
|
|
1
Tbsp olive oil |
|
|
|
finely chopped garlic, optional |
|
|
Heat olive oil and sauté mushrooms with onions and garlic until mushrooms
are just done. Add Xochitl Chipotle Salsa and bring to simmer until hot.
Pour over hot pasta and serve.
